Chatswood is a goldmine. A bit of groundwork will uncover what you're looking for. 218 Katherine in Chatswood seemed to have a fine array of talent and the girls I have seen are both in to something fitness related. A girl I saw walking in to North Star on Neridah looked young and fit too, but when I went in was told she was booked. Didn't catch her name. A couple of girls that worked at Sunshine on Archer st in the past were into gym. Vicky was one (think she's gone), Miu Miu was the other (long gone unfortunately) but there have been others too.
Inner city, not my area of expertise I'm afraid. Rarely make it in there. The girls at Epping I would have recommended also seem to have moved on.

As an avid gym junkie, if you wanna get the gym girls, AVOID Anytime Fitness.
Fitness First is where all the girls are (between 4-6) because they always attend the classes.

Squats class, aerobics class, yoga class, you name it. That's the jackpot.
