Dunno if this is the right spot to post this because I don't really post much (more of a silent punter)
Date : 27OCT13
It was the last day my mate and me were in Sydney and decided to go for a punt before we left. The plan was that if they were busy we would just leave because my mate had a flight at 2130. So we went to TP64 on Sunday night and arrived at around 1930. I asked this when I arrived 'do you have any girls available now'. Ive never seen him before (think his new) he said yes, Sophie was working there as well. So I say ok me and my mate will go 30mins each and paid. I don't normally ask for a lineup because at TP64 its normally guaranteed good service. So my mate goes in first, then the new guy comes out and says just wait a little bit girl will be ready soon. Then I tell him ok. About 5 mins later a Caucasian punter walks in don't know if he had a booking or not, didn't seem like it though because he told the new guy to let me go first. But the new guy lets him go first. So I'm like WTF. A punter walks out, then a girl, then the girl goes behind the reception. Another punter asian this time arrives he had a booking and Sophie tells him something with 10 mins in it in mandarin so I'm guessing she might have said she'll be ready in 10 mins. I thought to myself he has a booking so I don't really get too worried about it. Then the new guy tells me to follow him behind the reception and I thought to myself 'oh there must be some secret room behind here' . Boy was I wrong it was pretty much 2 couches with towels over them a table with a cup of Listerine and some condoms on the table and then Sophie tells me you 2 here and goes back to the reception. I was thinking to myself is she serious? Then I tell the girl she offered me no I'm not doing it here. Then the girl tells Sophie something in mandarin then I tell them I don't want this girl if she wants to root me here. Now about 20 mins has past since my mate has gone in and then I tell them if my mate comes out before I go in I want a refund. Then Sophie tries to offer me the girl that my mates gone in with and was thinking to myself is she serious? I just said I wanted a refund if my mate came out before I went in. Sophie and the new guy then look at the time sheet and discuss what to do, I look at the time its about 1955 and then some other punters come out (one was even the guy who offered to let me go first). After a little bit the new guy shows me into a room with one girl inside and says ok and leaves. I look at the clock and its already 2000 and I told girl that its already too late and my mates gonna come out soon. The girl was pretty cool about it and told Sophie, then gave me my refund and says why so picky. I take the money sit down for 1 sec and my mate comes out then we leave and then tell my mate the story while I drive him to the airport.
To be honest I've been to TP64 for over a year at least once or twice a week and this is the worst experience I've ever had punting in Sydney. That being said I've always been a true believer in customer service, but Sophie without a doubt has the worst people skills as a madam. I've also done a search on the forum for 'complaint' 'issue' and 'problem' and haven't really found anything similar to this situation.
Should I just let it slide and think of it as a once off thing or find another place? If so any suggestions?
Was I being too picky?
Also I wont be back in Sydney till February
