Yeah, just gave them a call, looks like you are right, the two shops at 138 Best road are gone.

But 115 Best is still open 8809-6798 and also 28 Hope road 9838-7999

Seven Hills was hit hard by council. 5 shops have been closed down and counting. 1/138, 5/138, 111, Boomerang and 1/115 and 6/115. 115 has reopened one shop under a new owner, they are very sceptical of newcomers and nowhere near the services of the old 1/115. There is a new place open on Prospect Hwy, looks ok but th girl who was there when I stuck my head in wasn't my cup of tea.
Hope st is always the safe option. Sure some of the girls have seen better days, but service is usually good.
Further afield there are a couple of venues in Blacktown, Castle Hill seems to have lost one or both of it's shops, meaning there is a vacuum in the area.

No it's a totally new shop, in the office on the corner at top of stairs. Girls are not young hotties. Definitely no FS.
