I fully understand the behaviour of this chinese gentlemen.

Just like many chinese oversea people purchase the property in OZ. they paid full cash without inspection. It is a common practice during last couples of months.

First, he trusts what We described. This is called reputation.
Second, he know the market price is much higher for this kind of prestige. He paid for valued thing and do not wanna miss it out.
Last point, $11k is a small money for him i think. He just give a fuck and leave.

It is a big market. Really big.
