I think his point was that saying your penis is flaccid and pointing down is somewhat redundant. As for the rest of your post/s, you seem a bit naive. I seriously doubt any police would take a complaint about nudity seriously in a massage shop. Why not? I'm sure there are plenty of legit massage shops that aren't on a main road. Believe it or not, us punters that are looking for something extra in our massages are in the minority. I'm sure the ladies that are after a massage would much prefer a shop that doesn't have a constant stream of male traffic coming and going (pardon the pun) all day.
