Of course, as competition is getting harder, you need more shops to keep up
1> The number of ladies for customers (fresh faces)
2> More job roster for ML (rotation from different shops)
3> Keep running cost down (maintenance and also equipment spending)
4> Leavaging of internal staffs
5> Squzze the small shops out of industry.
6> Bigger bargaining power ONTOP of the ML.

I will be doing the same.
