Quick question- for MOC in call, do you pay the girl in the room or does reception meet u first to get the payment and then you go up to the room?

can be either -first time I paid reception and second time I paid the girl - makes it easier to negotiate extras, i guess...

I always pay the girls directly. I was told (by various girls) that you could choose not to proceed if you are not happy with the girl. So it makes sense you see the girl first and proceed to pay.
