if you are talking about massage parlours, then most are closed around then unless you make a booking and even then probably not.
brothels on the other hand are usually open quite late but the number of girls will vary

There are two Star Massage shops. One is in Leichhardt St, Spring Hill. The other is in Browning St, West End. Not sure about the West End shop, but the one in Spring Hill is definately open till 10 or 11.
