yes, they are next to a tutoring school with lots of parent and kids traffic.
I have seen few girls standing outside talking LOUDLY (becuase I am driving in the car waiting at the traffic light but still able to hear them) in possible Mandarin at around 10am in the morning waiting shop manager to open shop.
