Copy/Save the picture to your desktop, go to settings, edit profile picture, browse, select photo from desktop, open ... voila !

can't decide.. white girl with big titties, or asian girl with big titties... this is a hard choice!

What you actually want is an avatar, not a profile picure. So as per wilsno's instructions but click on edit avatar rather than edit profile picture

Wish we could get all the girls on our Avatar to punt sometimes :)
