You can get condoms that contain this stuff. I think the Durex Performax or the lifestyles Endurance both have it. But a word of advice, if you're a sensitive guy and easy to get aroused, it will work great. If you are not, this thing can kill your erection.

If you put it on 30 minutes prior to the event, most of it will be absorbed and you can wipe the rest off. If you have a shower at the establishment at the beginning, then the remaining cream will be removed.
