I started this thread as my top 5 Ginza girls of 2014.
That proved impossible. It then became my top 10, then 20, then 30 and by the time I got to around 35 I decided it was pointless. There was just too much talent at Ginza this year.
So then I decided to have a Top 5 in various categories.
Even that was too difficult so I had to extend it to a Top 10 ...and sometimes beyond.
Just for some perspective, I have seen nearly all the new girls who started at Ginza this year (over 80 girls) - I think I missed only 5.
This is purely my personal view, totally subjective .
The lists are not in order - that would be impossible. So I put them in alphabetical order.

There were too many excellent GFE girls at Ginza to list but the PSE list was more manageable.
Another thing is I kind of changed the criteria half way through compiling the list.
Initially I wanted it to be only girls who started at Ginza in 2014, so girls like Nova, Nana, Amber, Catherine etc who started in 2013 were not eligible.
Then I bent the rules and included girls like Diana and Saki who returned in 2014 after a long absence.
And then I though fuck it, I will include any girl who worked at Ginza in 2014.
So there might be a few more girls carried over from 2013 I have missed.
