I am a young bloke living in the blue mountains. There are no shops here! I would love to see something open up (even a small massage place) in Katoomba closer to home with a few hot 18-25yo girls!

I'm sure there is some shop owner in the city who is interested in opening a branch office. :)

... anyone?

Anywhere there are men there would usually be customers haha

That's the truth!
Wherever there are hard cocks there is money to be made.
However the 2 girls and mamasan formula might not work in blue mountains.
A private ml/wl staying there 3-5 days a week or 2 girls working 2 days each might work.
Market research and demographic studies need to be done first before ruling out a profit to be made!

Think outside the box!
The Sydney rnt market is flooded already.
However thinking outside the box and offering punters what they want and where they want it is bound to be profitable!

For example I know a girl who works a country town (i won't say where) 3 days a week, her clients know this and book well in advance. So she's set up a nice and profitable business and working/resting balance.
then she comes back to Sydney 4 days off.

Start your own shop:

Rent a motel room for a couple of nights each week.

Bring a girl up from Sydney. Or recruit one locally - still a lot of Asian students up there?

Advertise in local paper.

Is there a uni or a pre-uni or tafe in Katoomba? If someone hires asian students and rents them a room in Katoomba. As long as you let me know about it ... I'm there weekly.

So who's starting this up?

Don't know about a prep school at Katoomba, but yes, there's a UWS ( University Of Western Sydney ) campus in between Leura and Wentworthfalls, which is a couple of stations from Katoomba.

And is that where people recruit from? Job adverts in UWS uni paper backpages?

It would be easier to find a local girl than shipping someone from a CBD shop out west every week.

Who's up for the challenge? :)

I honestly do not think a shop in the Blue Mountains can generate enough revenue for even sustainability even if its a monopoly in that area. The market their is probably 50 times smaller than the cbd area.

might be even harder if the owner himself is the number one customer lol..

also.. maybe the councils are scarier out there in the blue mountains..

Correct, the councils out there are very good with enforcement of the law. Just like the Hills Shire.
Try getting a new McDonalds DA approved in the blue mountains.
