Be alert as 9/10 post fake pictures in wechat. Had one supposedly sent me her real photo after we made arrangements to meet ... did a quick search via google image and guess what I found. Those who advertise in wechat tend to be pricey too ... and you won't know whether the pics are real until you see her in person. All the best.

I would just use the Web client for wechat and do an image search that way

This is probably a more troublesome way ... save the image from your phone and send to your PC. Then click and drag that image into Google image. When supposedly posting/sending their photos, some forgot to remove the "original" poster's fine signature print in the background corner. Used that as a lead to search the web and got my suspicion right!

What I've learnt is, 95% of the WL profiles on WeChat use fake photos. I've chatted a fair number of them, and most are asking way too much. Some of the profiles with genuine photos, there's usually a catch. Kalie uses genuine photos, but she asks for way too much ($450/hr). Another went by the name of Lucy, but apparently she changes her name often. She usually operates from Guildford, and looks attractive. I can verify she is real and her pics are genuine, BUT she's a tranny. I ended up visiting her before knowing this fact, and she is very convincing. I only started having my doubts when I fingered her, and she felt completely smooth inside, no ribbing, no g spot. I found it weird at the time but paid no attention to it. She sucked me off, I fucked her, and got out. Confirmed in another thread that she's a tranny. A few profiles had convincing photos, but I ended up crosschecking using reverse image search and found they were fake.

To sum it up, forget about WeChat.
