How many postings a day are allowed/acceptable?

As part of my quick learning curve in the forum I want to know how many postings one can do a day before it raises eyebrows. Obviously I want to add some informative content to the forum as well as ascertain thru you fellows what is proper and not. I do have experiences I would like to share but I don't want to get anyone's nose or noses out of joint by swamping this forum. I'd appreciate any advice on this subject. Thanks.

The shops seem to get away with multiple posts, can't see any problems with sensible posts from serious punters.
