A good friend of mine will be taking over a very well appointed Thai shop near the Burwood train station and turn that into a pretty classy RnT shop !

Watch this space !

Do share once it's open. I'm very happy to hear we will have more options in the west.

Deposit paid already, may be a couple more weeks!

But some transformation will be needed, currently it's separated by curtains only so will need to add partition rooms and install a shower.

Very neat little place, has it's own private lift !

Cheers

Well, you have my interest now too... Hopefully the "classy RnT" description is defined generously by the new Mamasan... particularly if there's a shower being installed as well as full partitions...

Walking distance from station?

I know that place 1 min from station ....
But we couldn't figure out how to install doors for those rooms ...
Now council have too many rules for the DA & OC stuff....

So I'm off for that one
She must find a good architect for that ~

Not looking good mate, the landlord is an idiot! Making things very difficult for the current Thai shop owner and the new leasee!

Amy has all but given up and she went back to Mongolia for a holiday, go figures !!

You can always see Mimi at Burwood though !
