It's not the new girls fault.

It is a mgmt problem, there's a new girl, mgmt didn't update and publish updated roster. Didn't tell new girl the available discounts, etc.

Wow not taking note of customers and telling shrugging them off. It has very bad management indeed. I was about to go there but after reading those comments, i will not go. Chatswood has too many massages for you to act that way to customers. You should take note and fix the issue. Not just one customer was complaining about the same issue. If your staff don't know what has been updated or not then there is an issue to be solved
