You need to check if your problem is psychological or biological?

I think it's a combination. If you can't get it hard by just stroking it, you have some biological problem, doesn't mean you can't but just more difficult or takes time, but with the right psychology you can get it up with your gf.

Very useful articles. I thought I need to last longer while having sex. It said 3 mins is normal time. I bought Viagra tablets from online for try. Maybe it might work and last longer. I have had mixed results with Kamagra. I have tried it twice. The first time I had a large meal and quite a few beers. I took the Kamagra about 60-90 minutes before arriving at the brothel.
