Raids on brothels by Immigration

Immigration always raids at 3pm on a Wednesday.
Drug raids are Tuesdays at 4am.
WorkCover safety inspections are at 11am on a Friday.
Homicide detectives raid at 1pm on a Sunday.
The anti-terrorism squad raids 4am Friday morning

They are very sneaky ... sometimes 12pm Monday and sometimes 2pm Thursday ...

When I was in HK, I was caught in a raid buying pirated DVD.

The cops just politely asked me to leave.

A punting friend got an interview once during a immigration check, he shit him self as they stated the id he gave showed him offshore, but 5 mins later they let him go. I found it funny that they checked the punter too.

So that's why they raid brothels... I've always thought maybe it was the lack of kickbacks. The brothel just beneath the council building (hahaha guess which) near where I work was raided during my lunch break last time. I asked the council workers whom was happily being informative onlookers what was happening. One lady said she does the regulation checks for that brothel, all seemed well last week, and here goes a raid.

It was a full on raid too, lol, multiple police vehicles and sealing off a street.

The Council, police and immigration are different departments and normally conduct their own individual raids. The police will normally raid where there is suspected criminal activity, the Council for suspected breaches of DAs and Immigration department for illegal workers.

Can't believe no one here has experience a raid during a punt. Maybe you guys are the raiders.

And border force raids this weekend in Melbourne. At least until they realized how absurd it was to warn people...oh and the protests. Another own goal for Abbott.

Councils don't/can't do raids. They are limited to sending in undercover operatives to gather evidence of breaches.

Some years ago I went to the massage place at 288 Clevelland St in Surry Hills. I was with a girl upstairs and had just finished my massage and had negotiated FS with her. Just as I entered her I heard all sorts of noise and a knock on the door saying it was Immigration. The girl was shit scared, we stopped and I wrapped a towel around me and opened the door. The girl was bundled downstairs and I was asked for ID. I wasn't worried about myself but about the girl. A few minutes later she came back in the room and said she was ok because her student visa was in order but they caught another girl who had overstayed.

The girl didn't want to finish because she was worried about the other girl and to be honest the mood had been killed and I didn't ask for money back. But I went back after a week and remember having a great session with the same girl.

Apart from sending in undercover operatives, the Council do attends shops unannounced at times to interrogate shop workers and owners and to gather evidence. I suppose this is not a raid in the strictest sense of the word.
