It's sad and tragic that some women feel compelled to undergo this just because it's been decided that pussy lips are no longer acceptable.
This is not like getting a manicure - it's full on surgery with all the risks that involves.
The procedure involves slicing the protruding labia off.
It would bleed like fuck and sometimes keep bleeding for days or weeks and sometimes chronically.
It's done under general anaesthetic which in itself involves risks and when it wears off it is extremely painful.
Sometimes the pain can last for weeks or again could become chronic.
And there is always the risk of infection of course which can really complicate things. And also the risk of a botched surgery which can lead to disfigurement or worse.
And all for what? Just not to have pussy lips.

Even personality can change so it's little tricky really. This is especially true if you marry early say before 25.

Indeed, women's personalities can change, especially in the mid-late 30's, when their looks start to fade and they realise that they aren't 'young' anymore. There's also pre-menopausal hormone changes going on, as their fertility levels drop and the mid life crisis can kick in (especially if no children by this age). Some women at this age realise that they are in the last chance saloon and if they are in a relationship, their opportunity to 'trade up' their partner is running out - as their looks fade they start to realise that the alpha males will no longer be interested in them so this can bring on a crash in confidence and maybe throw it all away for 'one last shot' at Mr Right before they can no longer tie him down with babies.

On the positive side however, previous bastions of Princess Syndrome who had disdained most men suddenly realise that their time is running out too, and the alpha men they have been in serial relationships with are getting tired of her shit and themselves trading up for younger models. Some of these wake up to themselves and are prepared to settle and let all the fakeness fall away, revealing a much sweeter personality now the princess bitchface shell has fallen away.
