Difficult question. Every one here will have a different interpretation of what is "best". Each might have a "favourite" shop, which might not be the best.

Just read the reviews, then ask some specific questions, visit a few places. and make up your own mind.

From someone that was new in Sydney only a couple months ago, I suggest you to start with the ones that has been written up on the AR page.. It certainly does help your experience and rubbered off the grey areas such as services, extras and what not.. So yes good luck, good punt, and possibly good AR from you..
