Fee to use shower

Just saw an advertisement from a shop wanting $5 per 10mins to use their shower. Thats on top of other fees charges and tips. How long will it be before other shops cotton on to the idea. Another money grab. May have to start negotiating a shower as part of the tip.

Running a business is difficult, especially when the industry is as competitive as this one. But if the shops start increasing prices too much, the only solution is to start demanding better service for that price AND stop going to places that don't deliver.

If you get short timed, tell them to finish the job
Complain if they use too much oil complain
Complain if the oil is crappy cheap baby oil that won't come off
Complain if their staff are useless at answering the phone
Complain if they fuck you around with double bookings and mistakes
Complain about anything that you have a legitimate complaint about (ie not just because the ML thinks you're a pig and won't wank you off)

Most of the owners don't give a shit unless you follow through and stop returning.

The biggest problem is that it's so hard to get staff that the MLs have owners by the balls. That is why the MLs get paid so much for doing (often subpar) unskilled work. If the MLs got paid relative to their skill level, the owners could give the customers more value for money.

The industry needs to be thinned out and the only way that can happen is if people stop paying. At the moment it's a sellers market.
