You need to get out more if you can't tell the difference.

Face, accents, vocabulary etc are a give away. I can usually get it right 85% of the time.

One way is to use a very scientific, highly complex, extremely time consuming way of determining what nationality they are. You just politely ask em. Sssssssh. Its a secret.

Thai girls' skin tend to be more dark
