Ginza Secret to success

Obviously its got excellent service and facilities but it does one thing no other shop does:

Pretty much a pure Japanese shop which has taken advantage of JAV popularity amongst Asian men. Monkey do what monkey see. We are all animals.

So many shops have tried to go this route but have not done so to great success - Sakura Palace, Kyoto, Geisha Club.

The key is really recuitment - Ginza must be sourcing a lot of these girls straight from Japan.....

Its not a PURE JAPANESE SHOP, and to be honest I find those Jap porn movies dull, especially the ones with the pixilated vaginas.......I beleive they succeed through the consistency of quality service and management, they are VERY CONSISTENT, they listen to their customers, they instill in the girls a devotion to winning back customers.....and much more

My favourate Establishment, somewhere back in the past there may be a shop that comes second, but let them duke it out I say......

I'll have to disagree with the OP. The Jap theme may have helped them somewhat, but it certainly wasn't the main reason. I'll put their success down to the following:
- recruitment. Their girls are consistently of very high standards.
- minimum service level. BBBJ comes to mind here.
- excellent categorization of the girls. This is actually very hard to do properly. Your instincts need to be in tune with the rest of the punter community. You might think a girl was platinum class, but most punters might think she's just a gold class. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and so far, Wilson has proven again and again that his is just like ours! Also, I would imagine every girl would want to be a platinum, don't you think?
- excellent marketing. Again, kudos to Wilson for this. He has "played" this forum and others like it with flair. His website is very well done and again his eye for beauty has done its magic: all the photos in his website are real and all of them accentuate the beauty of the girls. You'd have to pick the photos with skill in order to pull that off.
- the "process". Each girl having their own room and the punter being made to walk up to their rooms to knock on their doors was a master stroke. It gives you a sense of going to your gf's home to have a raunchy session of love making! Mind you, this is not the only process that works. Five star's "girl leads punter up the stairs" is also great, especially if she has a sexy ass!
- relatively clean and luxuriously appointed environment.

I'd rank the Japanese theme only after all of the above. It's just the icing on the cake.

Geisha Club was actually very successful for a period in time when they did the whole name change thing in early-mid 2015. I still remember banging their star girl Chinese super model Monica with amazing service including CIM. Always fully booked as well.

But I guess it is hard to maintain and recruit these types of girls.

Well, surely consistent genuine YOUNG pretty girls makes ginza a diffentiate. Surly most guys prefer ginuine young and pretty girls even with no service than those mid age or ugly ones with best service in the world. Girls from japan or Korea is bonus. I think it all comes down to customer service and value for money. They get good girls for a reasonable price and listen to feedback.
For that sort of money you want a small chance of a bad punt, Ginza has my lowest percentage of bad punts ever.

By the way, I have had around 90% satisfaction rate at Ginza. The only girl that disappointed me was Kelly out of probably 15 girls I have seen there till now.

Was really a general comment. Overall the girls/experiences I've had at Ginza versus 150-200/hour shops have not justified the extra 50-100% in cost. In my (admittedly relatively limited) punting experience, there are gems everywhere, you just need to find them ;-)

Not to mention, for $300/hour, I can get a 18-21yo cauc with big tits who's relatively new to the industry at Liaisons for example.
