With so many Thai and Chinese massage places opening virtually everywhere.....

Makes you wonder (well not really) why we don't actually see a "legal" version of a Thai Soapy Massage" becoming available.

Of course "legal" is the question, but if the girl is say "officially" wearing a swimsuit... Yeah, probably a legal minefield but it would certainly set the operation apart to attract extra business.

any agreement out there ??

We know a Thai soapy massage with the right girl can ultimately lead to FS and shops must have approval from council to allow this type of service (FS) to be offered on the premises. On the other hand, who wants to see a girl in a swimsuit giving you a proper Thai soapy massage? It would defeat the purpose why you would want to have a Thai soapy massage in the first place.

The Thai Soapy Massage places in Thailand are amazing!
But to set one up you need a large venue, all the proper plumbing and equipment so it would be very expensive to set up.
A little rub and tug shop on the other hand is very easy and cheap to set up.
You just need to lease normal size shop, a few beds and a few partitions and you are in business.
And if the council closes you down you just move on and set up another one.
