surrey hills - cbd vs northern sydney

So my best over all punts have been up north, but the 3 hour dig into lunch isnt good to do whilst at work. Is there somewhere comperable to 533 around the cbd area for the times I may only have 90 minutes? ie bbbj /rim,etc.
