Word of mouth is huge, wouldn't be surprised if the big guns (5 star / Ginza) got there by word of mouth.

I can't think of too many other industries -- maybe financial planning and tax accountants -- where word of mouth can have such a strong effect on business. And rightly so.

It can certainly make a business. Depending on how the business responds, it would take longer to break a business.

I think each member is allowed to have 800 PMs, once your in box and sent items reach the 800 - you can't receive any more until you start deleting some old stuff. I didn't know there is a "list" thing ?
