Yea. I reverse search the images and usually find them fake. All just search up the phone number and it leads to some other girls with the same phone number which probably indicates some sort of agency. Well, they don't have to worry about that now with the pandemic, do they? Even if the games go ahead, they open their borders for travellers, I doubt there will be many people actually going there.

Actually in Japan, what I know is they have different "types" of shops. There are ones that specialise in allowing gaijin customers, and those that are strictly forbidden to gaijin.
Those that allow are all staffed by non-Japanese girls, mostly Chinese or Korean who can speak Japanese. These places also do not offer BBFS by default. The other type are those that will forbid gaijin and will be staffed by real Japanese girls. These are the ones that might offer BBFS.
Now, when I say gaijin, it is not strictly based on what's on your passport. I mean, you don't have to show your passport or ID when you visit these places! It is based on appearance + how well you speak Japanese. If you are East Asian, can speak fluent Japanese and of course act in their culture (don't forget to bow, etc), you're in.
