Due to security reason we have blocked most of the oversea countries from accessing our forum.

Because we have been hitted almost every 30 seconds in the past with spam post.

As administrator, we would also interest to know and understand your need.

Would you please let know know which countries you need most so that you can access aus99 forum from ?

We will put into consideration

If getting spammed is the result, then I wouldn't want access from overseas at all. Better to do your research beforehand.

The US (in particular LA). Heard so many good things there but so risky to trust the local sites....

I only travel overseas occasionally. If opening up the forum overseas means a high risk of the forum being spammed then I'm ok for keeping the forum blocked when overseas. But thanks, Admin, for asking for our feedback.

If spam is the problem, maybe you can allow read and only restrict posting?

Umm... make sense...

Just wondering if they have the option to make it a read only forum ?

Definitely doable.

Or another simple way to achieve more or less the same result is to just limit access to the registration page.
Can't post if you don't have an account, and bros traveling can still enjoy the forum.
