Yep, agreed. Focus on regulating your breathing, make sure you're taking long deep breathes and not holding it in. That's actually a good way to take your mind off the sensations on your dick.

The other thing I find works well is to focus on resisting that first urge to cum. Once that is achieved, I can go on for a much longer time because I use that as a guide to where my limit is. If I go near that mark, I just slow myself down by focusing on breathing.
