The way to solve this math problem is to calculate the angle such that the it maximises the surface area contact between the penis and the front wall of the vagina. You will need to work out the contact surface area as a function of the angle.

So if y = contact surface area and x = angle, we have y = f(x). We want to maximise f(x), so calculate the first derivative f'(x), set equal to 0 and solve for x. Then sub this value into the second derivative f''(x) and make sure that f''(x) < 0 to ensure it is a maximum. This value of x will give you maximum surface area contact, which is the optimal angle you are looking for :)
