Been reading numerous accounts of people coming out of their punting session with lightheadedness / dizziness / unable to walk straight / stumbling out of shower, particularly from the Ginza / 5 Star ARs posted.

Just wondering if this is actually a thing or if it's unintentional exaggeration after a great session? For people who've experienced this, is it due to the session itself or did you guys just not have lunch before your punt? Personally I've never experienced lightheadedness after a punt, not even after a brilliant session, which is why I'm curious.

Sex headaches do exist, secondary to contraction of blood vessels +/- muscles, not sure about lightheadedness.

More likely, you are reading symptoms related to post heavy workout. Stumbling out of shower, unable to walk secondary to exertion of muscles.

The symptoms sound like they could be suffering from heat stress, dehydration and probably a general lack of physical fitness. A visit to the GP would be advisable

Logan, I posted about stumbling towards the shower :o
I'm fairly sure it was due to going ham in round 2 lol, I had managed to convince the WL to be less submissive and we then tried her favourite positions so by the end of it I was drained completely.
I don't regularly experience lightheadedness this was a first, like Alex says it was probably dehydration/lack of fitness as I was sweating buckets.

Sex is like all excercise causes the body to use more water, so if you're all already slightly dehydrated you'll be. Ore dehydrated after, dehyration also causes hypertension which in turn causes headaches.


After men cum we also release a shit load of various hormones, one of te big ones is OxyContin that's why we get so tired and drained after. I read some where it's biological because after sex, our caveman ancestors need to protect their mate, so after sex , they are kinda biologically forces to stay there and protect her.

I have been lightheaded and a bit legless after particularly vigorous sessions, even when I was in my 20s (when I was super fit). I think it comes down to how much you exert yourself and the hormone release after climax.

Probably just exhaustion, not getting enough oxygen and forgetting to breath while in the heat of things. The shock hits you afterwards and when you begin rest.

The sauna and steam room in shops such as Zanadu, Chequers and Babylon could be a killer if you are not careful !

A few of my MLs back then had advised me Not to use them as they had seen people passing out from using too long, 5-10 min max apparently! And then you should use the cold water pool or have a cold shower to cool down your body !!

Saw some porno about fucking inside a sauna, looks sexy but in fact very dangerous!
