Just had the worst experience in Taiwan today - my first and only punt. We are so lucky that we are in Australia, particularly in Sydney.

I've made an appointment my favourite private girl after this shocking experience. I cannot wait to come back to see her.

A work mate just got back from Thailand. Seems like when you go to shopping centres you pay GST and some other tax now.
He said after those taxes a meal wasnt much cheaper than in Australia. Ok he isnt eating in the street cafes, but still.
A lot of Asia is getting more expensive.
Seems like the good old days of cheap overseas holidays in Asia may not last forever
