Shops around mascot?

Has anyone tried Mascot Studio or Diamond dream massage, I dont see any reviews for them here. Otherwise got any recommendations around Mascot/Botany?

I live nearby and would prefer not have to travel far. Cheers fellas!

Depends what you're after. Mascot studio is FS and Diamond Dream is RnT. I've been to Diamond Dream - standard nude HJ, pics on cracker are not real though. Some good options around Mascot/Alexandria. Botany, not so much.

Pretty certain 702 isn't relocating. The new shop hopefully is real jap as well. Recently 702 has had a few Chinese girls there.
