Viagra is already cheap as chips since Pfizer don't own the patent anymore, I believe you technically need a prescription for it so there is no chance brothels will be selling it.

Ginseng on the other hand is something they could offer I guess maybe as a tea or the whole root though you would need to confer with pussyhands as to how long you need for it to take effect.
You can buy korean ginseng tablets from local vitamin stores, I dont know if its the same thing though.
