Can't send a message or receive one

Hi guys, I've just noticed my message feature is not working properly. It said my quota is full but I already deleted most of them and still not be able to send/receive message. Help please...

You have probably exceeded your sent limit.
The system counts the total of received and sent messages.

Thanks for your quick reply bro rooter. I tried deleting my sent messages but same issue occurs. What's the maximum quota anyway? I only have 300 something (combine inbox n sent message).
