Sounds good. Doesn't work

1. how would shops enforce it?
a. why would shops electively take a hit to their profit
b. after taking said loss. then offer a discount?
- presuming everyone needs to produce this test result. so everyone should get discount right? no point if some produce and some doesn't
c. People are lazy. They punt on whim, on a weekend, after a night out or whenever they feel like it. No one is going to go have test results ready just to punt
d. High risk people will always be high risk. Just because they were clean 2 weeks or 2 months ago doesn't mean they're still clean.

2. Should treat everyone as if they are infected.
3. If you can't handle the heat. Stay out of the kitchen.

Good idea but hard to enforce like others have said. How would you know of the evidence is real?
If you can have fake driver license or even fake tits, how would you know if the certificate was not a photoshop job.

And just like everything else punting is a risk that everyone takes. Just need to take the right measures to minimise them.
Like the saying goes " don't be silly, protect your willie"

Just a thought that occured to me.

Clients should bring a certificate that theyve been tested no longer than a reasonable amount of time, similar to how porn stars bring to the set (i think they do for jav, not sure about western). Of course same goes for WLs.

Personally, i would choose this type of shop over other shops. But it would be a big change like doctors printing results out and potentially lose a lot of customers for the shop. And if i was a WL, i would be able to justify charging a lower price because its safer.

I'm not saying that all shops do this because that would need to be law. But maybe a higher end shop that caters to certain customer base.

What do you all think?

In an ideal world sure, but now it's not feasible. moreover I think HIV has undetectable period of three months.

Maybe in the future when sti tests can be done easily and instantaneously wherever you are with a small test kit like those testing bsl for diabetics.

Je, similar to how porn stars bring to the set (i think they do for jav, not sure about western).

Pretty sure Americans porn industry require it. I mean they do it without condom FFS, whereas quite a lot of porn actors in jav use condoms.

Dom, Dom, Dom and you will be fine mate ! Just always play safe and be careful out there.

On the other hand , I think the OP was dreaming about bare back all the times hence the need of health checks ?

There's no way the shops would request such tests from clients because it would affect their business. Imagine if a customer comes in and is told he must show his test results before he can see one of their girls. It would take a few days before he gets his result and in the process, the shop is losing out and so are the girls.

On the other hand, one also notes that many shops don't require girls to be tested or show proof that they are disease free before they start work. One WL told me how she got tested privately before she decided to work in this industry. She approached three shops where she brought proof that she was disease free. Not one shop was interested in seeing the paperwork. I guess the shops here weren't focused on the health issue.

A test result is useless if you have had sexual contact after the test and then depends on the time needed to pass it on as well. It may show someone the odds are lower but no guarantee that the person is STI free. It is more of a set your mind at ease tool.

Just like a theme park that requires customers to show a medical certificate that he has no heart problems before going on a ride ! ;) ;) ;)

it wouldn't be the most stupid thing the oh&s people have asked for. The way things are going in this nanny state it probably wont be long until the insurance companies make you do that in the legal shops

Having a certificate to say you are clean is only good until you have your next adventure.
And there is always a chance you will be hit by a car.
Relax, enjoy, be safe and try not to worry.

good thought, but its too hard to enforce this kind of requirements for customers

It would be hypocritical for a shop to demand such thing from customers. It would the end of their business.
