Reducing sensitivity

This might have been discussed here before I am sure..

Do WLs and MLs (who selectively provide sex to customers ) grow less and less sensitive to sex over time? Does this affect their personal sex lives as well?

Context: I used to turn on my regular ML so much. For the first few months, she would get wet naturally (I could see her dripping!) and the sex had been great. Of late, I have seen her using lubes as she's unable to get wet Like she used to do. I wonder how this will affect her personal life.. would she still get turned on and wet by her BF ? Wouldn't he notice the difference?

My guess is that the sex becomes stale

I have noticed this too.The solution is to experiment touching other areas of the ladies body first . Seems to do the trick.
