Some customers have asked us what is the purpose of soft launch.

The reason is very simple. As we are a relatively new shop, we have decided to have some screening process in place to ensure the quality of services provided by our masseurs are of high standards. The soft launch period will allow us to work out who are the masseurs who will make it to our regular roster. The management view's towards customer service and satisfaction is of great importance. Do take note that all our masseurs have different level of experience and skill sets, it is best to come and discuss in person as to what are your needs. It will be easier and the message will be convey in a clearer manner. Detailed questions on the level of service/skill sets are discourage over private messages.

It is Spring time now!

This coming week will be our 3rd week in trading.

We have got some massuers carefully planned just for you guys out there.

Starting on Monday, we have the very popular Amber, Serina and Linda. Amber will be on 2 days this week (Monday & Wednesday) and Serina is a hugely popular Thai girl in the massage circuit with lots of bookings/return customers in all the shops she works in. Linda is still a student and offers an option for those who are after a refreshing experience with a masseur.

Come Tuesday and it will be the start of a very interesting week ahead. Both Chanel and Erina are totally unrelated BUT they are very similar in physiques and appearance. It is one for the bucket list of having a double massage with a set of twins. Try that out! (Last minute changes due to the introduction of a F cupper). Looks like this twins event will have to be postponed. Also pulling a shift is Jade from Hong Kong who so far has been getting long bookings (2 hours and above). One has to try her specialty of giving long massage sessions.

Wednesday to Saturday will have our residence massage masters in the form of Mika and Elsa who will get the balls rolling and taking turns to soothe those tired bodies of yours. They are extremely competent in setting out those knots and tensions with their magic fingers. Not forgetting we will also have our party girl with an amazing kardashian-like booty Chloe on Wednesday, the ever so pretty Coco who works on Thursdays only and of course on Saturday we have Tiffany (who is also a very popular masseur in the massage circuit with lotsa of followers).

As for Japanese masseurs, we have a few but the most popular is Erina at the moment. We highly recommend you to make a booking if you wish to have a session with her. She was almost fully booked out every shift she takes. Last Saturday she only had a 15mins break for the entire shift. If you like Erina, you might also want to see Chanel. It has been a rather interesting weekend so far. I went shopping, meeting up with friends to have a long overdue catchup dinner and lastly receiving alot of messages on our WeChat asking me if I am ok. :question: I am totally fine, don't worry (despite not knowing what's their concerns are about):shout:

I eventually got to know what their concerns are about and as promised, I had decided not to continue with the discussions/respond on another thread. I will just use this thread for me to air my thoughts. Hopefully Catiness doesn't mind.

First of all, thank you to garfield for setting up that thread. I was not expecting that and the "request" was just me being playful. I wanted to communicate with the rest of the forum readers here that's all. Anyway, please don't feel "so stupid" ok?

As for the words describing me as a "gutsy confident young woman running her own shop", not sure if I am gutsy and confident though :miao:, but I will try my best to be gutsy but yet mindful and not being tactless in handling situations. Confident? I don't think I am as I need alot of self assurance in order to perform a task well, so does that eventually come across as confident? A recent episode which made me went into self-assuring mode was me questioning myself repetitively "Have I forgotten to report to Boss recently??" Oh wait, I don't have a Boss at Bella Massage :miao: and neither have I met the customer who have been name-called multiple names (took me a long while to figure out those names are referring to the same person). Anyway, no is the answer. I have not been influenced nor mindlessly agree to some suggestions on a forum. I made the decision of not wanting to respond based on my own decision and nothing else. I can only hope people will respect that. After all, if one can identify or presumed that I am confident, then I should be deem as being able to hold my own ground and made a simple decision right?:prettiness:

And of course, being confident also have attracted a comment of me acted poorly which resulted in publicly not wanting to visit my shop. I treat all my customers with respects, and certainly thank those who have even thought of visiting us. Yes, just a thought is enough. Someday just someday, I hope that you can see that I am a hardworking individual trying to provide the best possible experience to all my customers. I can only improve if being informed why I came across as having acted poorly, so I do welcome constructive feedback. It will once again help me to grow as an individual.

Our first lady customer was very candid in her feedback (I love you too by the way if you are reading this, you have a 9.9 score for looks), I welcome both positive and negative reviews. The constructive negatives can only help us to improve, it doesn't hurt to have negatives to be honest. In order to have longevity in any business is to constantly review the operations. Masseurs come and go, that is the reality. Customers expectations differs between individuals. If we can make 90% of the customers who walk into our shop and leave satisfied, I think that is good enough for the little Ariel me.

On the account of reviews, sometimes we do receive messages from customers (potential customers) telling us that they are contributors on forums such as Syd99. The conversation usually end up making me feel that I need to inform my masseur to go beyond their normal services to look after them. I would say that, we will give the same positive treatment to ALL customers ALL the same. If we only provide an enhanced massage experience just because someone told us that he/she (sometimes) contributes to forum is as good as falsifying claims. Not only that, it is a form of disrespect to others who doesn't contribute to forums. So rest assure if those of you reading this are not contributors on forums, you will receive the SAME positive (to our best effort) experience.

This forum has alot of readers at any one time. More than 200+++. So many individuals who are looking for a place to have a good time based on discussions and reviews. There are contributors that write very descriptive ARs, laced with descriptions which can make any seasoned working girls blush or even gushed. There are also contributors who love to include alot profanities and portray a I don't give an "oxymoronic" Fck attitude. There are also people who love to share photos etc too. There are lots of lovers and of course haters too. For me, I would like to be known as an individual shop owner who has her own mind and not someone who is easily influenced by others. I do not only have a rated a 9.5 score for looks only, I do have a mind of my own too:shout:!! I want to see only the good in others and I do not appreciate personal attacks (don't think anyone do). So please be nice to one another.

The Young Ones

Starting from this week, we have two genuine teenage masseuse (one is 18 and the other 19) in the form of Kim and Lumi pulling shifts.

Kim is an apprentice learning the trade of remedial massage. Her willing to learn attitude means that she is improving all the time. What seems to be lack of massage skills is being compensated with her playful personality. Come and have a chat with her and the possibilities is limited by only your imagination. Come in and have a session with Kim to discuss all your massage needs.

Lumi is fast becoming an accomplished masseuse having previously trained by Elsa and Mika. Lumi has also learnt Spanish from Elsa and have already got many returned customers looking for her to give Spanish lessons.

Another young one in her early 20s is Apple who have been extremely popular since she started. Bookings galore so in order to avoid disappointment please take note of her rostered days. Please treat Apple well as she is really a gem in the making.

The Scammer
Last week was a week where for the first time, one of our masseuses got mistreated by a scammer. The customer did not pay the service rendered on him. He pretended to slip a $50 into her pocket and in actual fact didn't do so!:fire: We know that not all customers are as sly and deceiving. Our masseuses work hard to give good services to our clients, for him to do that is totally unacceptable and such a low life as well. If it is a genuine moment of "forgotten to pay up", perhaps we can understand but we are certain that this is not the case. We know who you are and if you are reading this, please do not think that you can pull off such a trick in our shop again, for all our masseuses are already informed of your low act. You can come back and pay up accordingly but I doubt you will.

Bella Massage is Now Officially Opened
After a month of soft launch, we are now please to announce that starting from 2nd of October, Bella Massage is now officially opened! :miao: During the soft launch period, we have come to identify how we want the shop to operate, the kind of masseuses we would like to have based on their characters, working attitude and last but not least the preferences of customers.

I have also learnt alot during the soft launch period to slowly transition into a management role. Once again thank you for all the interests in me but as mentioned many times, I hope to now back away from all the attentions and manage my shop properly. So do come and show your supports!:miao:

I am so happy with the support shown by some of the forum members here.

Thank you all very much for the positive reviews on my shop. You guys make it worthwhile for us to continue to try and provide everyone with a pleasant experience coming to our shop. The massage shop scene is highly competitive and what I am trying to do is to create a branding for Bella Massage. I am fully aware of the shop short comings in terms of lacking in amenities and the poorly designed walls between each room. Like someone pointed out, it is the way it currently is due to architectural constraints and more importantly regulatory restrictions.

I hope that in time to come, I hope that we can perhaps move to a location with better facilities. This will not be possible without your continual support. In the mean time, I hope that all our customers can see that what lacking in facilities, we make it up with an enhanced experience each time they come to Bella Massage. I want my customers to know that we are a shop which focus highly on customer satisfactions, provide a good working environment for our masseuses and lastly we do not have bias treatment towards either side of the camp. I feel the need to protect my masseuses at times when they encounter unruly customers. The returning masseuses working in our shop are all very nice girls and work hard for their money. Please be nice and gentle to them. :miao:

Also to share some insights with the readers out there, whenever we find that a masseuse repetitively short change customers sessions, bad working attitude and provide poor services, we will stop putting them on the roster. In fact, we do not hesitate to terminate their shift with immediate effect.

Cyber Space Others

I think most of us have some friends whom we can click with more than others. That's why we have BFF, good friends, acquaintances and others. For the sake of being mindful to the feeling of "others", I have always been courteous to all in real life and the cyber space platforms such as this. However, in the past month I have met more nasty "others" here than in reality!!! That shouldn't have came as a shock to me as people tends to more bold and behave irresponsibly when hiding behind a facade which is usually a grammatically wrong or mispelt username.

I have had people calling me names, saying that I lost all my credibility, look dumb and behaved in poor form etc. All because I didn't agree with the "others" point of view. I even have losers saying to me things like I sound stupid, won't waste anymore time with me and only to make a suggestion on how to improve my shop after a couple weeks. How contradicting is that? Loser much?

I am not in this forum to make enemies but I do have temper as well. However you wish to behave and send links on past entries of others to everyone to justify your existence, has nothing to do with me. And I am not in the least bit interested. I just wish you be gone from my line of sight. Stop lingering around like an annoying Summer fly. I wish all the haters would just let go of the angst within, stop making others feel uncomfortable. Not everyone needs to listen to your 2 cents worth of thoughts. Perhaps you have been held in very high regards by your peers in real life. Perhaps you have power and wealth which resulted in sheer arrogance, but then again it could jolly well be the complete opposite which resulted in you having such angst and bitterness towards people. Some of our customers have PMed me asking why the change in name recently. Have something bad happen etc etc. Thank you for all the concerns shown to us. We certainly feel very loved by some of you guys here in the forum. The answer is No. Nothing bad has happened (i.e. raids etc). It is just that when we took over the shop front, we didn't do a name change as I thought Bella Massage sounds nice and suits what I am looking for. So we just let it be. But I guess the time has come to give back the ownership of the name to previous management. Hence the name change.

Based on what I know about your preferences. I would recommend you Miko as her massage is much better than Bonnie. Miko can do soft/medium/hard massage, customers just have to communicate with her. You have seen Miko in the shop and she is cute isn't she?:miao:

Yeah sometimes it is very difficult to keep the girls. I try to interview and get the good girls for every customers, but if customers do not come and see them during their first two shifts, they sometimes don't want to come back.

I have many girls who are extremely popular at other shops but don't wish to come back to my shop after first shift because no one make a booking with them. What these girls failed to understand is that, no one knows about them during their first shift. I hope that our customers will give all our new girls a chance in order to keep them around long enough to become a known masseuse at Blossom Massage.

And of course there are masseuses who got the boot from me for under performing too. I do not wish to have masseuses who does not do the right thing by the customers such as bad attitude and short changing customer's time.

Hopefully everyone out there will continue to give your support to us. That is the only way to keep us running this joint as best as we could.

News from Blossom Massage

Hi everyone,

Just to let everyone know what Gigi and Nina aka (悉尼第一金手) will be going on holiday soon. Very soon.

Gigi last shift will be next Monday (28/05/2018) and Nina will be this Friday (25/05/2018). Do come and book in a session with them before they go on their holiday!:miao:

Also, we have new masseuses started and starting as well. Kanako has proven to be a very popular masseuse and feedback are all being very positive. Come and see her for yourself. She is a very pretty girl.

On another note, something not so nice happened yesterday in our shop. I hope that the person who did it read this. At the end of a session, one of the customers requested the masseuse for a cup of water. So she came out and got him a cup of water and little does she know that he took back the tips he gave her without her knowing. The masseuse was quite upset as she trusted everyone will do the right thing. The tips was left on her personal pouch inside the room. In the split second when she came out to get him a cup of water, he took the money out of the bag, drank the water and left. That is a low act and we do recognize you and your next visit may be refused.

This is not a common act as most customers are genuinely nice in our shop. Anyway, hope to see you gentleman soon!!

Last Day at Blossom Massage
