Memory help please ?

A few months ago, on this form I had a little reminder of a punt many years ago.
I just cant find the discussion or remember the address/location, except is was
on the north side somewhere around northshore hospital somewhere (maybe).
Location was in I think the ground floor unit of an older block of units and there
might have been building works nextdoor. I can even remember checking googlemaps
and recognising the place, but my web history is gone :-(
The operator has been there for many years...

Any help locating would be appreciated.

Cleg St is a factory unit, not an older style residential unit.

I can remember walking down a pathway and the unit was ground floor on the right (If I haven't mixed things up).
