When I was in Seoul a few years ago, ads showing pictures like in that youtube video were everywhere near train station. Quite common to see people faces covered in bandages post operation in certain areas. So I guess it is real the before and after.

Lol , this is hillarious. I read a similar story in China where a guy divorced the wife once they had a baby. He realised the wife must have done operation in the past.

I think plastic surgery is positive with the demands of society.

To get ahead you have to look a certain way - there's really no escaping it.

Look at steroid use, it's apparently massive. It has the same undertones.

More and more, esp younger generations are prob more influenced by image.

We are told to toughen up and work on the inside, but we forget that working on the outside - that could be quite enduring in time - could also be of some benefit...
It does offer hope for those that are disfigured or ambitious.
