Umm guys , isn't this just the business ? It's not the building . No way would u buy what basically is a second hand fit out in an overcompetitive risky market . Shops in Brisbane change hands for as low as $10k . They are dreaming .

It's a licenced, legal brothel, not an illegal massage shop. The fitout for 5 working rooms alone would be $50K+
Depending on the financials they can provide, it seems like a reasonable price.
