Well I guess you could still say the Girl Next Door ... if you live next door to a nursing home.
Oh, and I remember seeing a girl who was described as Girl Next Door ... she was a wild crazy pierced and tattooed nymphomaniac - I guess that's still Girl Next Door ... if you live next door to a women's prison ;)
