I went for airbnb normally, it feels a bit less 'escort'-like than grabbing a hotel room. It's also generally cheaper and more private since you can go for private parking.

It really depends, I've found that most average to decent looking ABC girls are happy with $300-400.

If you're talking to someone fairly attractive I'd say $500-700 is normal.

Most of the ones I go longer term with don't ask for dollar per hour, it's a genuine fun time for both sides which makes it great.
