Yes it is, thats what got me in, I couldn’t resist. And she was gorgeous, but what a waste of time and money. There should be a way where you can comment on Backpage ads and say, This is a fake, don’t try it.
ACCC would follow it up but who’s going to complain.

Photos look super fake. My take is unless they're taking a photo with the number than it's fake.. Heck even those can be fake.

Saw one the other day, lucky I wasn't desperate so just walked.
