^^ You could be right but there are lots of points to argue for the sake of argument:

1) Ginza gets new girls everytime; that means, new girls in Ginza would have come in contact with less men than a girl working at a budget shop for a year.
2) Some ginza girls are 1 hour mandatory. So less guys to go through.
3) Set time of Business: 10:30 AM - 1:00 PM (Sounds ridiculous but less hour less punters)

Most STD tests don't test for everything. for example warts or oral/genital herpes
they can test clean for hep, hiv, syph, etc but still carries these.
so if you catch it.

Listerine has limited if any scientific proof of it's effectiveness. There is almost no scientific evidence to prove it has any effect other than placebo and making the person "Feel" fresh and clean

chlorhexidine mouth rinse is the preferred choice to manage bacterial load for someone who needs to in day to day life or prior to any oral surgery and the protocol is 3 - 5 times 1min rinses
and i heavily DOUBT any WL will do the 1min rinse 3 times after every client and with the correct mouth rinse.

Besides even after the rinse it just decrease bacterial load. not eliminate
and viral load will still still leak out of any oral herpes lesions or bacterial gonorrhea patch or oral warts.
otherwise mouth rinse would be the preferred method of cure for these diseases.
