Shop 42 gladsville

I really wonder y there not much review on shop 42 gladsville.
I only start going to the shop on thurs n up to now apart from Sunday I been there non shop.

Try 3 girls
But 1 girl each time x 2
1 girl try 4 times.
No complaints
Good service n nice girls.

The problem is the girls here are so good.

When you see one its impossible not to go back for seconds or thirds with the same girl.

For me I usually rebook in advance so miss out on the lineup and the potential of spotting another girl I might like to try.

I could just not book but then run the risk of missing my ideal girl.

Id like to be able to book, but also see the lineup too. It might even entice me to do a double or see another girl next time or even straight after my booking.

Any bros looking for a budget shop should go for Kyoto/Sakura.

Quality of girls and service now is very good for the price.

Sakura also just completed renovations earlier this year so the room quality is on par with any Asian brothel.

But if u look clearly most of the post is just a repost of the Same girls
When u go to the wechat u see so many girls on the roster but I hardly see review on most of them.
But turn around Ginza n paddington n etc always have updates of new girls review.

The reason y I like 42 gladsville is because it got such a variety n at a location not 2 far 2 travel 2, Ginza is a place a want 2 go but far n no parking

What do you expect ? All new girls should have reviews ?

Go around to check out other shops and see how many shops have reviews for all their girls !

42 Gladesville already have more reviews than most other shops !

There are certainly a lot of really good gems at 42. I mean really good.

The problem with 42 is that they tend to impress customers with the number of girls they have there but the quality varies. On average I get good punts but say 1 punt out of 4 is average to terrible. Gradually these bad punts added up and destroyed My desire to go there . My last punt there was with Seven and she still on the roster.

Generally I don't understand why 42 management do not screen out these 20%. apparently they don't need over 30 girls unless most of customers do 3p or 4p.

Customers want choice and when a shop has a large lineup of girls, would you be critical of the shop for having too many girls? I wouldn't!

The more girls the better I believe. The ones who keep getting knocked back should be more motivated to lift their service levels. Its the girls below that keep the top ones striving to remain up top in my opinion.

Ive tried many girls at 42 and I can only say 1 punt was not up to expectation but it was still pretty good and the girl was hot.

Cant see the point of complaining too many girls.

Okay, now imagine; you have 13 rooms, and you have 13 girls working that day. Towards the end when the places got almost filled up, incoming customers basically get meager or slim pickings. You yourself should know if no girls suit you, you leave and punt at another place. Would any sane business person want that to happen? To lose customers elsewhere? For that you have lack of understanding how certain service industry works in order to capture or retain their customers.

The business is there to make money, not to satisfy the girls. This model actually provides competition to the girls, in that if you want to be picked all the time and make more money over the other girls, then you gotta provide excellent services. Thats why unpopular girls or those with problems never lasted long

Sure all the girls aren't equal when it comes to service, but the job isn't a normal 9-5 they don't work 8 hours solid, I mean sure they can but it's better for customers if they aren't battery hens.

I do agree that I've had a higher number of dud punts compared to say ginza, but they are mainly good and I tend to visit gladesville the most :/

It's on my list to go.

But like ppp or dreamgirls
Because not much girls and they are easy to monitor the quality.

But when u have over 30 it's hard.
N like u said long hrs, and should be more competitive
