Anybody recommend any good place(s) in gold coast area??

Can't argue with that but if you are going to fly somewhere you might as well fly to Thailand. There are worse places than Qld to punt. Saudi Arabia would be.

melbourne is ok, you just need to do some searching, found a new place in the CBD a few weeks back, very satisfying.

More a brothel city, but there are a few options on Sydney Road.
