What do I need to know about RNT venues

I have previously gone to FS venues and private and not satisfied with service .
Reading posts about rnt they seem to provide service I am after

My question is how much should I expect to pay for tips, what do u usually get with paying tips , and should I ask about tips at reception or wait for the girl to bring it up

50 is the standard nude hj tip. Always discuss with the ml not reception and be respectful of the ml boundaries
