Shops in northern CBD

Does anyone know of any shops, massage or full service, north of say Martin Place?

I'm often a lunchtime punter, so hard to travel too far.

All I can think of is 299 Kent and even that's a bit far. Any shops I'm missing? Thanks!

There is an;

1) Asian massage shop at 197 Clarence St, Sydney CBD just south of Kings St (sort of close to Martin Place)

BOTH SHOPS BELOW ARE CLOSE TO WYNYARD STATION

2) City Touch - 70 Erskine St, Sydney (Asian Massage but think they do FS as well)

3) Sirs Massage - 80 Erskine St, Sydney (Mixed nationalities but main Caucasian's) Sirs is Premium massage prices so its not cheap.

7 Lotus - 68A Erskine street is also near Wynyard and discreet
